With viticulture dating back to the late 18th century, Paso Robles has had a long journey to become one of California’s premier wine areas. Lot 210 Cabernet Sauvignon is the essence of this dynamic region, showcasing rich, ripe fruit, and the perfect amount of structure and finesse.
In the southernmost part of Paso Robles, vineyards thrive thanks to the marine influence of the Pacific Ocean. Coastal fog protects the grapes during warmer months and a diverse set of soil types creates wine with structure and intensity. Cabernet Sauvignon bunches are destemmed, crushed, and fermented under controlled conditions, allowing for maximum extraction of color and flavor while maintaining a silkiness of texture.
