Hunt & Gather's 15 Year Old second release is another big expression. This one has a high-corn mash bill that was distilled in one of western Canada's pioneering distilleries. Bottled at 121 proof, it was released in spring 2021.
The mission of Hunt & Gather is to seek out and bring to light rare barrels and lost batches of beautifully matured spirits from acclaimed distilleries.
