Kistler Description
Aromas of pepper and floral notes lead to a rich, structured palate of red and black fruits. Bold flavors of ripe berries are uplifted by notes of earth. The wine is velvety smooth with a lingering finish.
100% Pinot Noir is hand harvested at night to achieve optimal aromatics and ripeness. Only free run juice is collected, with no pressing. The wine is aged 10 months in barrel.
