Domaine Jaume Description
Richard Jaume is one of the rising stars in the Southern Rhône valley. His winery has been family-owned and operated since 1905. The Jaume estate encompasses 50 hectares of selected vineyard land in and around the hamlet of Vinsobres, in the southern Rhône Valley. The vines have been tended naturally for 50 years. Expert farming and immaculate, careful, winemaking ensure the Jaume style: aromatic and racy with powerful, pure fruit.
The oldest among those vines are assembled to produce this cuvée of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Bursting with ripe, red fruit, aromatically, the Jaume Côtes du Rhône is powerfully fruity with hints of spice, cocoa and licorice. Supple and rich, this is a splendid example of a superb vintage. Drink slightly chilled with anything off the grill or roasted, holiday meats.
