Dominique specifically planted Pinot Noir on a steep, high-altitude slope in Bué more than 30 years ago, creating what I consider the world’s finest rosé. This harsh, cool climate delivers extraordinary raciness, white fruit aromatics, and remarkable depth and complexity that’s rarely found in pink wines.
