Ch La Jousseliniere Description
Produced by the Chon family, with ties to the vineyards since the 1700's, when they moved to the Atlantic coast from Burgundy, this lovely, crisp white is based on the grape, Folle Blanche. Aged "sur lie" (on its lees) like Muscadet to add body and complexity to complement the tart lemony fruit, this low alcohol (11%) wine is perfect to serve with shellfish, salads or as a refreshing party beverage!
