60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache
Vrac Rose is a delightful and refreshing rosé wine that captures the essence of summer in a bottle. Made from a blend of Grenache, and Cinsault grapes, this wine boasts a beautiful pale pink color that is both delicate and vibrant.
On the nose, Vrac Rose offers a bouquet of ripe strawberries, red cherries, and citrus zest, along with subtle floral notes of rose petals and orange blossom. These aromas carry through to the palate, where they are joined by a bright acidity that balances the wine's fruitiness and leaves a crisp, clean finish.
This wine is medium-bodied, with a smooth and silky mouthfeel that is both refreshing and satisfying. It is perfect as an aperitif or pairs well with a wide range of dishes, including salads, grilled seafood, and light pasta dishes.
Direct pressing, with some saigne, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
VRAC, or en vrac" translates to bring your own bottle. In many French villages, locals will bring bottles or jugs to a nearby winery and fill them up with an easy drinking wine to use as their house wine. VRAC Ros is made from fruit grown in the Pays des Maures and the Pays de la Mediterrane.
The juice is bled from the macerating fruit (saigne in French) at the perfect moment to optimize the color and flavor from the skins, and is let to ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for a long, cool fermentation.
