2021 Blanc

Bright straw yellow. The nose is mineral with citrus and herbal notes. The palate is fresh, long, and intense.

Fuller-bodied, fruity with a dry finish. A perfumed floral nose followed by ripe fruit and baking spice. Great acidity on a tropical finish. Pair with Indian, Thai, and any Pacific Rim cuisines.
